This policy explains what BuiltBySin LLC collects when you use our websites and products, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact info: your email address, so we can send your payment confirmation, license key, and product.
• Order details: what you bought, when, and the amount.
• What you enter: the details you type into a generator, such as character names, guest names, and story preferences.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe and Link. We never receive your full card number.

How we use it

To process payments, issue license keys, generate and deliver your product, answer support requests, and prevent fraud. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the product: Stripe for payments, an email delivery provider to send your messages, and an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your content from the details you enter. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
