Refund Policy

Every BuiltBySin product is digital and made for you from the details you enter. Here's when you can get your money back.

You'll get a full refund if

• You paid but never received your license key or product, and we can't fix it within 2 business days.
• The product failed to generate or arrived broken or unusable, and we can't fix or replace it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Refunds aren't available if

• Your key was redeemed and your product was delivered and works as described.
• There's a mistake in details you entered, such as a misspelled name. Email us and we'll try to help.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days. A refunded order's license key stops working.
