These terms apply when you use any website or product run by BuiltBySin LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("BuiltBySin," "we," "us"), including builtbysin.shop, One-Shot Forge, and Whodunit Kits. By buying or using a product, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products that are generated for you from details you provide, such as a tabletop adventure for your party or a murder mystery kit with your guests' names. Nothing is shipped. Products are delivered by email and through a web page.
2. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown before checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe and its Link service. We do not see or store your full card number. After payment you receive a payment confirmation and a separate email with a license key, which you redeem on our site to create your product.
3. License keys
Each license key unlocks one generation of the product it was bought for. Keys are tied to a confirmed payment; refunded or charged-back payments cancel any unused key.
4. Delivery
Most orders are delivered within minutes of finishing setup. If your key or product hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email [email protected].
5. Your license
You may download, print, and use your product for personal and non-commercial use, including running it for your own group or party. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it as your own product.
6. AI-generated content
Products are created with the help of AI and checked by automated rules before delivery. Generated content can still contain mistakes. You are responsible for the names and details you enter. Don't enter anything you don't have the right to use, or anything offensive or unlawful.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse our sites. That includes trying to break or overload them, sharing or reselling license keys, or using them to create harmful content. We may cancel orders or block access for misuse.
9. Disclaimer and limits
Our products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, BuiltBySin's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
